Mexico Turquesa Decaf Mountain Water Process (MWP) Decaffeinated Unroasted Green Coffee Beans
Mexico Mountain Water Processed Coffee is made up of Typica, Caturra and Bourbon varietals and is grown at altitudes between 4000 – 5000 feet, the coffee is from the Chiapas region of Mexico. This coffee is decaffeinated by Mountain Water Process, this is indirect non-solvent based mountain water process involves immersing the coffee beans in water at different temperature and pressures in order to extract the caffeine and no chemicals are used.
This coffee produces nice spicy, chocolate, sweet and lemon flavours with a bright acidity and clean aftertaste.
